IM608 Crashed after update. How do i reload the operating system?

    As per the title, i did an update from the latest updates on the website and the operating system crashed and will not restart. I need to reload the O/S. How do i go about doing that?

    Call tech support. They will make you an SD card that will recover your tool. I have the
    608 and I updated it with no problem. I guess I'm lucky!

     Thanks, I’ve emailed them with no response for weeks, I guess I’ll call them through the week, i need to get it up and running.

    If you are in the US just call them. They will take care of you right away. At least they
    did me the 2 times that I had to call. I had a similar issue with my 908P, I updated and
    the tablet went into a constant boot loop. The made me an SD card that recovered the
    system.
